  • Leather Bag with Runes

    Leather Bag with Runes

Inside the cache was a small leather bag, a deep russet brown and covered with inked marks that could be writing of some form. Khalin pulled out the bag carefully and weighed it up — something was inside.

  • Marble Vial

Releasing the black leather drawstring he looked inside to find a small marble vial with a cork stopper.

  • Hide Battle Harness

    Hide Battle Harness

The rogue was knelt over the corpse of the cursespewer, arguably the leader of the enemy. He held up his hand and beckoned everyone over. ‘Look at his jerkin,’ Zero pointed at the goblin’s hide armour. ‘All those cuts and blood and it’s hardly scratched or stained. Kireth, what do you think?’

The mage weakly mumbled and passed his hand over the corpse disinterestedly. ‘It appears to have an aura of,’ he interrupted himself with a bout of coughing. ‘An aura of protection and readiness.’

The hide looked to be light, well used and of elven make. Possibly by a woodsman.

Found on the Road Eastwards, in the Northern Woods
  • Amulet of Health

    Amulet of Health

The amulet is fairly small and inconspicuous, made of a dull metal. The main piece is a disc, a couple of inches across inscribed with concentric circles and tiny runes, and is linked to a chain strap.

Found in the Ritual Chamber under Blackengorge Mausoleum
  • Three Potions of Healing

    Three Potions of Healing

Kireth turned it over briefly in his hand, noting the intricate carving of a stylised sun on the stopper. The vial was slightly warm to the touch, the stone smooth, the colour and ripple of marble, but surprisingly light. Kireth gave the vial a small shake, and he nodded in agreement to himself when he heard the slosh of liquid inside. He removed the stopper cautiously, and took a sniff.

Found in the ruins of Caulkin Keep
  • Annals of Pelor

    Annals of Pelor

This one was much smaller, perhaps only a hand across, and much thinner. It did not bear any marks of fire damage. Reading the cover drew a frown. ‘It’s a copy of the Annals of Pelor,’ Beltak replied, somewhat sheepishly. ‘A genuine copy if I’m not mistaken. Several copies are always made to go into the archives in the Temple of Light in Deepingwald. This one appears to be current up until two or three tendays ago.’

‘I guess that’s just before The Guiding Fire’s last fateful journey,’ he added reluctantly.

Found in the Orc Stronghold on the Old Road through the Pineforest
